We understand that during this time, planning a wedding hasn't been an easy experience. We want you to know that we are here to help you along the way, as much as we possibly can.

We have created this page to give you information and some guidance when it comes to postponing your wedding day.

FAQ

What is your rescheduling policy?

We want you to have peace of mind when it comes to rescheduling your wedding. We understand that those weeks and months leading up to your date, the stress of watching the announcements, translating what they mean to your wedding day and what it might eventually mean is all very stressful.

We are only considering date reschedules for clients who have their weddings within the next 90 days. This 90-day window is a rolling window of time. This means that whenever you are reading this, if your wedding is more than 90 days from now, we can’t yet consider rescheduling.
However.
If your wedding date is beyond 90 days from now, we have made an option for you.
You can now move your date at any time for a fee of £150. (Subjected to avalability)
90 days or less until your date then we will move this at no extra charge.
We hope this helps alleviate some stress.

What happens if you are already booked on our rescheduled date?

Before rescheduling your wedding date, we highly recommend that you discuss date possibilities with your venue and your wedding suppliers to check availability.

We will work together to find new dates, where both parties are available. If you decide to postpone your wedding to a date that we are not available on, we will happily recommend some professional photographers to you, to help ease the process of finding a replacment.

What happens if I want to cancel my wedding?

We do not advise you to cancel, we encourage you to go ahead or at least think about postponing! In 2020, we have attended many small wedding during the pandemic and they have been absolutely incredible. Some of our favourite weddings to date. Although, we understand that sometimes simply going ahead isn't an option for everyone. If you do decide to cancel with us, we totally understand and we are very sorry that you have had to make that decision.
Please note. Payments & retainers already made are non-refundable.

But before you do anything.
